It\u2019s an underrated feature that has the potential to make your regular WhatsApp Group chat more exciting.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"How_to_Create_a_WhatsApp_Poll\"><strong>How to Create a WhatsApp Poll<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The steps to create a poll in the WhatsApp app is pretty much the same for Android &amp; iOS, with only a few differences in the UI level. So, we have used the WhatsApp app for Android to demonstrate the steps to create polls.<\/p>\n<p>1. To get started, open the WhatsApp app on your Android or iPhone.<\/p>\n<p>2. When the app opens, open the group where you want to create a poll.<\/p>\n<p>3. On the message field at the bottom, tap on the <strong>attach button (paperclip)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img alt=\"attach button (paperclip)\" class=\"wp-image\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"700\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.howtogeek.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/WhatsApp-Poll-8.webp\" title=\"attach button (paperclip)\" width=\"315\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>4. On the Create Poll screen, type the question. You can also alter the order of the options. To do that, long press the hamburger icon next to the options and change the order. Launch the WhatsApp Web or the desktop app.<\/p>\n<p>2. Next, open the group chat where you want to create a poll.<\/p>\n<p>3. Now fill in the Poll questions and answers.
