\u4e4b\u9593\u7121\u7e2b\u8907\u88fd\u6587\u5b57\u3001\u5716\u50cf\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5167\u5bb9\u5404\u7a2e\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u7bc0\u7701\u4e86\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e5f\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u51fa\u932f\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u56e0\u70ba Outlook \u4e0d\u6703\u5728 Windows \u96fb\u8166\u4e0a\u8907\u88fd\u548c\u8cbc\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u5167\u5bb9\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u57f7\u884c\u6240\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u672c\u6307\u5357\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u63d0\u793a\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u6240\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"1-Use-Keyboard-Shortcuts\">1.\u4f7f\u7528\u9375\u76e4\u5feb\u901f\u9375<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Outlook \u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u7684\u81e8\u6642\u6545\u969c\u6709\u6642\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u53f3\u9375\u9078\u55ae\u4e2d\u7684\u8907\u88fd\u548c\u8cbc\u4e0a\u9078\u9805\u7121\u6cd5\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5617\u8a66\u4f7f\u7528 Ctrl + C\uff08\u8907\u88fd\uff09\u548c Ctrl + V\uff08\u8cbc\u4e0a\uff09\u9375\u76e4\u5feb\u901f\u9375\u4f86\u6aa2\u67e5\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u5426\u6b63\u5e38\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u767c\u751f\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c<u>\u95dc\u9589\u96fb\u8166\u4e0a\u7684 Outlook \u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f<\/u>\u4e26\u91cd\u65b0\u958b\u555f\u5b83\u61c9\u8a72\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u6c7a\u60a8\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"2-Clear-the-Clipboard\">2. \u6e05\u9664\u526a\u8cbc\u7c3f<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f7f\u7528\u9375\u76e4\u5feb\u901f\u9375\u4e5f\u7121\u6cd5\u5728 Outlook \u4e2d\u8907\u88fd\u4e26\u8cbc\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u662f <u>Windows \u526a\u8cbc\u7c3f<\/u>\u51fa\u73fe\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u662f\u9019\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6e05\u9664\u526a\u8cbc\u7c3f\u61c9\u8a72\u6703\u6062\u5fa9\u6b63\u5e38\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> \u6309 <strong>Windows \u9375 + I <\/strong> \u958b\u555f\u300c\u8a2d\u5b9a\u300d\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002 <\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u5728<strong>\u7cfb\u7d71<\/strong>\u6a19\u7c64\u4e2d\uff0c\u6309\u4e00\u4e0b<strong>\u526a\u8cbc\u7c3f<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img \u61c9\u7528\u7684\u554f\u984c<\/u>\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5617\u8a66\u57f7\u884c\u6b64\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u5b83\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u6062\u5fa9\u60a8\u5728 Outlook
